CKSC Series 10kV Reactor


The core of 10kV reactor is made of high-quality and low-loss cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheet, which is punched and cut by a high-speed punch. It has small burrs, uniform rules, neat and beautiful laminations, and ensures the performance of low-temperature noise increase during reactor operation. The windings are all made of copper, the heat dissipation airway is embedded in the windings, epoxy glass grid cloth is laid between the winding layers as reinforcing ribs, and epoxy resin with F-grade and above insulation and heat resistance level is used for one-time casting in vacuum state, with good insulation performance, high mechanical strength, and ability to withstand large current impact and cold and heat impact without cracking. It is suitable for power system, electric railway, metallurgy, petrochemical and other high fire protection requirements, electromagnetic interference requirements and limited installation space of urban network substation, underground substation and microcomputer control substation and other places.
