S□-M · D Series Buried Transformer

The core of 10kV buried transformer adopts domestic high-quality high-permeability oriented silicon steel sheet with 45-degree fully inclined stepping joint. High and low voltage windings are all copper windings and cylindrical structure. All fasteners are treated with anti-loosening, and the body adopts new insulation structure, so the transformer has strong short-circuit resistance. The cover of the transformer tank is equipped with high-voltage casing well and low-voltage terminals, high-voltage load switch and backup fuse, plug-in arrester, pressure release valve, vacuum pressure gauge, temperature control and oil level indicator. These accessories can be observed and operated on the ground. The fuel tank is made of stainless steel, with a flat fuel tank and a flat heat sink to enhance radiation, a fully sealed structure and a closed welded structure along the box to minimize the sealing area, which can be safely operated for a long time in a special environment.

Performance characteristics

1. Fully considering the particularity of heat dissipation conditions, the transformer adopts low loss and low temperature design, and the top oil temperature is controlled at about 45K, which is far lower than the national standard of 60K;

2. High and low voltage inlet and outlet lines adopt waterproof, fully sealed, fully insulated and fully shielded wiring mode;

3. The box shell is made of anti-corrosion stainless steel, fully sealed, and can be immersed in water for a period of time;

4. The protection system fully considers the convenience of operation and safety;
