Performance characteristics
1. The circuit breaker adopts the upper and lower arrangement structure. Effectively reduces the depth of the breaker.
2. The circuit breaker adopts a composite insulation structure, and the three-phase arc extinguishing chamber and the associated charged body are isolated by three independent epoxy resin insulating shells. After adopting the composite insulation structure, the circuit breaker meets the air distance and creepage requirements under normal operating conditions. And effectively reduce the volume of the circuit breaker. The vacuum interrupter of the main conductor circuit and the dynamic and static conductive connection are installed in the insulating cylinder, so that the phase spacing is only 300mm. The main circuit electrical connections are all fixed connections, with high reliability. The insulating cylinder is mounted on the breaker frame.
3. The operating mechanism adopts the spring operating mechanism specially designed for this new type of circuit breaker and is installed in the frame of the circuit breaker. Its structural characteristics are more suitable for the upper and lower arrangement of the circuit breaker, and become an integral part of the overall structure of the circuit breaker. The mechanism design is simple, and the output curve matches the requirements of the arc extinguishing chamber well. Its performance is more suitable for the characteristics and requirements of 40.5kV vacuum circuit breaker.
