12kV ZGS Combined Substation (American)

12kV American box transformer is a fully insulated and fully sealed electrical equipment produced by Longitudinal Technology using advanced technology and experience. The combined transformer, the load switch and protection fuse device of the high-voltage power receiving part, the isolating switch and circuit breaker of the low-voltage power receiving part, and the metering and switching of the low-voltage power distribution part are combined together. It has the characteristics of small size, low investment, reliable power supply, reasonable structure, convenient operation, fast installation and simple maintenance. It is widely used in domestic power distribution system and widely used in industrial areas, residential areas, commercial centers and high-rise buildings.

Performance characteristics

(1) Compact structure, small size (only about 1/3 of the same capacity European box), flexible and convenient installation.

(2) fully sealed, fully insulated structure, no insulation distance, reliable to ensure personal safety.

(3) The high-voltage incoming line adopts fully insulated, fully sealed, fully shielded, and touchable elbow cable connectors, which are convenient and flexible to operate.

(4) The high-voltage side adopts dual-fuse full-range protection, which greatly reduces the operating cost. The backup protection fuse is used to protect internal faults and has a large breaking capacity; the plug-in fuse is used to protect the low-voltage side from overload or short circuit, and the plug-in fuse is a dual-sensitive characteristic (temperature, current) fuse.

(5) The transformer has small no-load current and strong resistance to short circuit and overload. Using Dyn11 wiring, there are neutral point does not drift, the box does not heat, low noise, lightning protection performance is good, etc.

(6) It can be used for ring network and terminal, and the conversion is flexible and convenient, which improves the reliability of power supply.

(7) The high-voltage load switch adopts oil-immersed four-position (or two-position) load switch (determined according to customer requirements), three-phase linkage switch, with spring operating mechanism, which can complete the on-off and off operation of the load.

(8) The box adopts anti-corrosion design and special painting treatment, which can be operated in various harsh environments for a long time, such as storms and high pollution areas.
