Performance characteristics
(1) All parts of the load switch are assembled in a welded stainless steel shell with a thickness of more than 3mm. The gas box is filled with high-purity SF6 gas as an insulating gas. The sleeve and the shell are sealed with a rubber sealing ring, with good sealing and annual leakage rate ≤ 0.05.
(2) Using China's mature arc extinguishing technology, strong arc extinguishing ability, no overvoltage, small operating power.
(3) The operating mechanism adopts a specially designed triangular spring energy storage operating mechanism, and the opening and closing speed is stable; the electric type adopts a one-way rotary operating mechanism of the electric motor, without an energy storage mechanism, the structure is simple and reliable, and the operation is convenient.
(4) The switch can be equipped with 2 to 6 different numbers of current transformers to provide current and zero sequence current signals for the feeder automation terminal device to meet the needs of customers for measurement and protection.
(5) high reliability: manual locking device: with operation locking device, can reliably prevent misoperation, at the same time with low pressure alarm device and pressure relief alarm device, to ensure the operator and public safety.
(6) Reasonable design and flexible configuration: there is an installation hanger on the top of the main box body, and there is always an installation bracket at the bottom, which is convenient for users to carry out hanging or seat installation; There are three kinds of outlet sleeves for users to choose from: porcelain terminal type, porcelain molded insulated cable type and organic insulated terminal type.
