FZW28 outdoor high voltage vacuum load switch

The product is a three-phase AC outdoor high-voltage load switchgear with a three-phase common box structure, vacuum arc extinguishing and interphase SF6 insulation. It is mainly used in urban and rural overhead power distribution networks to split load current, closing fault and short-circuit current. The built-in main circuit isolation knife switch and arc extinguishing chamber are linked in series, with reliable opening and closing and high insulation performance. This series is divided into three types: dividing type FZW28F, voltage type FZW28Y and concentrated type FZW28D, which can realize automatic removal of single-phase ground fault and automatic isolation of interphase short circuit fault. It is suitable for T-connection or user end of user incoming line of 10kV distribution line, and also for connection of other branch lines that meet the requirements.

Performance characteristics

(1) The outer box body includes the box body, the box cover and the mechanism cover, with good sealing performance, protection level of IP67, moisture-proof, anti-condensation performance, especially suitable for use in high temperature and humid areas.

(2) The connection of the main circuit of the switch adopts a highly reliable cable die-cast tapered inlet and outlet bushing. The length of the inlet and outlet cables is greater than 2 meters, and terminal bushing can also be selected.

(3) The operating mechanism can be operated manually and electrically, making the operation more flexible.

(4) The main circuit of the switch and the operating mechanism are sealed in a box filled with SF6 gas medium, which is not affected by external environmental conditions and can achieve maintenance-free.

(5) The switch is equipped with a three-phase integrated current transformer with zero sequence for protection and measurement to realize line overcurrent protection and line current measurement. The transformation ratio and accuracy of the transformer can be selected according to user requirements.

(6) "Four remote" function: It can be matched with the controller to realize remote control, telemetry, remote signaling and remote adjustment functions.
