A secondary fusion set of on-column circuit breakers


The primary and secondary fusion set of column circuit breakers produced by Hezhong Technology are mainly used in the 10kV outdoor power distribution system of rural and urban power grids, and are used for load current and closing short-circuit current in the power distribution system. The installation and use of the control terminal FTU can realize the automation of distribution network. The product is composed of switch body, intelligent controller (FTU), connecting cable and power supply voltage transformer.

Silicone insulated pole

The vacuum interrupter, the main electric circuit, the insulation support, etc. are organically combined with a silicone insulation pole.

Transformer

Divided into three types: magnetic, digital and built-in deep fusion

Electromagnetic:

The common electromagnetic type of vacuum circuit breaker on the first and second fusion column integrates and packages high-precision current transformer and voltage sensor into one, and is fixed on the outside of the pole column. The transformer has wide combined measurement range, high measurement accuracy, high reliability and complete analog quantity. It cooperates with feeder terminal (FTU) and line loss module to realize line loss measurement and accurate determination of various line faults to meet the supporting requirements of power distribution automation;

       Digital:

The digital type of vacuum circuit breaker on the first and second fusion column integrates and packages high-precision electronic current and voltage sensors into one, and is fixed on the outside of the pole. The ADMU digital-to-analog conversion module is installed outside the mechanism box body to directly convert the current and voltage signals of the line into digital signals and transmit them to the digital intelligent controller. The structure is cylindrical, reducing the power consumption of the whole machine and increasing the reliability of the complete set of the equipment.

Deep Fusion:

The vacuum circuit breaker on the primary and secondary fusion column is a deep fusion type, which casts and seals the high-precision current transformer and voltage sensor, the vacuum interrupter and the insulating support pole into a whole. The sealing body can provide a stable and anti-interference working environment for the transformer, ensure more accurate output signal, and have the advantages of high protection level, simple installation and small volume.

Operating mechanism

Spring operating mechanism: the circuit breaker adopts a miniaturized spring operating mechanism, which has low energy consumption for opening and closing; the mechanism transmission adopts a direct drive mode, with small opening and closing components and high reliability.

Permanent magnet operating mechanism, this mechanism greatly reduces the dispersion and uncontrollability of the action time, has high reliability, can be operated frequently for a long time, and truly achieves permanent maintenance-free.

Box

The circuit breaker box is made of high-quality stainless steel plate, and the surface can be sprayed with plastic protection according to user requirements. It adopts a fully enclosed structure with good sealing performance, which helps to improve moisture-proof, rust-proof, and condensation-proof performance, and improves the reliability of the mechanism. All structures meet the requirements of the State Grid's first and second convergence standardization program.

Secondary Interface

The secondary interface designed according to the national network standardization scheme adopts military grade aviation sockets, aviation plugs and cables adopt fully sealed waterproof structure, and the welding wire side is sealed with insulating materials, with strong condensation resistance. The cable break at the connection is specially treated and fixed to effectively prevent rainwater from intruding and has a very high protection level.

Power supply

The vacuum circuit breaker on the first and second fusion column can not only use electromagnetic voltage transformer as the working power supply of the complete set of equipment, but also provide the working power supply for the complete set of equipment by means of capacitor power extraction. The power extraction device can be built in the solid sealing pole column (deep fusion type) or externally placed on the mechanism box body. After using the power extraction device, independent electromagnetic voltage transformer prone to failure can be omitted, simplifying the equipment structure, high reliability and easy installation.

Multiple protection monitoring functions

It has the function of calculating active power, reactive power, power factor, frequency and electric energy; it has the function of self-adaptive integrated local feeder automation to realize local line selection, area positioning and isolation of single-phase ground fault, and to realize the isolation of fault area and the restoration of power supply in non-fault area through reclosing;

 

Performance characteristics

(1) The circuit breaker on the secondary fusion pole is composed of the outdoor circuit breaker switch body on the pole, the HZD300F feeder terminal (FTU), the power voltage transformer and the connecting cable. The switch body, the feeder terminal and the power voltage transformer are connected by the aviation connector through the outdoor fully insulated cable;

(2) High-precision protection CT, zero-sequence CT and zero-sequence voltage sensors, with wide measurement range, high measurement accuracy, high reliability and complete analog quantity, cooperate with HZD300F feeder terminal (FTU) and line loss module to realize line loss measurement and accurate determination of various faults of the line to meet supporting requirements;

(3) Military-grade aviation socket, aviation plug and cable adopt fully sealed waterproof structure, and the welding wire side adopts insulating material sealing treatment, with strong condensation resistance; The cable break at the connection is specially treated and fixed to effectively prevent rainwater from immersing and has a very high protection level;

(4) It has the function of calculating active power, reactive power, power factor, frequency and electrical energy; it has the function of adaptive integrated local feeder automation to realize local line selection, regional positioning and isolation of single-phase ground fault, and to realize fault area isolation and non-fault area restoration of power supply through reclosing;

(5) The structure is compact, the layout is reasonable, and the functions are complete. The configuration indicators fully meet the requirements of the State Grid's first and second integration sets, which is convenient for unified procurement and management.
