VS1-12-type indoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as the circuit breaker) is a three-phase AC 50Hz, rated voltage of 12kV indoor switchgear, for industrial and mining enterprises, power plants and substations for the control of electrical facilities for the protection of the use, and for frequent operation of the site. The circuit breaker adopts a modular operating mechanism, which is integrated with the circuit breaker body, and can be used as a fixed installation unit, or can be equipped with a special propulsion mechanism to form a handcart unit.

Performance characteristics

1. Vacuum arc extinguishing chamber: The circuit breaker is equipped with an intermediate sealed ceramic or glass vacuum arc extinguishing chamber. It adopts copper-chromium contact material and cup-shaped longitudinal magnetic field contact structure. Its contact has small electrical wear rate, long electrical service life, high pressure resistance level of the contact, stable dielectric insulation strength, fast post-arc recovery speed, low interception level and strong breaking ability.

2. The main electrical structure: the overall structure of the circuit breaker adopts the form of the front and rear arrangement of the operating mechanism and the arc extinguishing chamber. The main electrical circuit part is a three-phase floor structure. The vacuum arc extinguishing chamber is longitudinally installed in a tubular insulating cylinder. The insulating cylinder is made of epoxy resin and poured by APG process, so it is particularly resistant to creepage. This structural design greatly reduces the accumulation of dust on the surface of the arc extinguishing chamber, not only can prevent the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber from being damaged by external factors, but also can ensure that even in the hot and humid and serious pollution environment can also show a high resistance state to the voltage effect.

3. Operating mechanism: The operating mechanism is a planar spring energy storage type operating mechanism with manual energy storage and electric energy storage functions. The operating mechanism is placed in the mechanism box in front of the arc extinguishing chamber. The front and rear arrangements of the various mechanisms in the arc extinguishing chamber form a whole, which is more consistent with the two, reduces unnecessary intermediate transmission links, reduces energy consumption and noise, and makes the performance of the circuit breaker more reliable.

The open circuit air-to-air has the advantages of long life, simple maintenance, no pollution, no explosion hazard, low noise, and is suitable for frequent operation conditions such as harsh working conditions. The circuit breaker can be installed in the handcart type switch cabinet, and can also be used in the fixed switch cabinet.
